Regular Guests (booked for one or more sessions per week)
Please advise on receipt of your monthly invoice if you don not require any sessions listed for the month. This enables me to offer your normal session to another pup. - For pre-booked holidays, please notify us as soon as dates are confirmed.
- For cancellations with less than 48 hours before the session: full charge applies.
- Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.

Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness or emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be considered at the discretion of Luna’s Doggie Den. -
Luna's Doggie Den Holiday Closures

Luna's Doggie Den will be closed for approximately two weeks in the summer and one week at Christmas each year. Exact dates will be shown as unavailable on the online booking calendar.

Regular clients will have their invoices adjusted for these closures. Sessions cannot be provided during these periods.
