Our Services
To ensure a safe and suitable environment for all dogs and in line with licensing requirements all new dogs (along with one of their owners) must first take part in a complimentary Meet & Greet walk and complete the relevant paperwork before any bookings can be accepted.

Enrichment Sessions
Our Enrichment Sessions typically last 5-6 hours and are designed to give dogs the perfect balance of exercise, stimulation, companionship, and relaxation.
I begin collecting our pups from 8:30 am, after I've completed my morning walk with our boarding guests. This helps ensure a calm and organised start to the day for everyone.
Once collected, your dog will join me for a 1–1.25 hour countryside walk, where they'll have plenty of opportunities to explore, sniff, and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Back at the Den, they'll enjoy enrichment activities, playtime, cuddles, strokes, and companionship in a safe and comfortable home environment.
I genuinely believe this combination of exercise, enrichment, and calm connection leaves most dogs happy, fulfilled, and ready to curl up for an afternoon snooze in the comfort of their own home.
Dogs are then dropped home from 2:30 pm.
Enrichment Sessions are currently available to dogs living within an approximate half-mile driving radius of Luna's Doggie Den.
This allows me to provide a convenient local service while only being away from the dogs in my care for a few minutes at a time.
If you're located further afield within the CR2 area, please take a look at our Full Day Care sessions instead. With countryside walks, rest time, play, enrichment activities and a freshly prepared homemade meal included, they're a great option for dogs who would benefit from a fun-filled day out at the Den.
Meals
For safety reasons, we recommend that dogs — particularly our more active pups— are fed after their morning walk, as exercise within 2–3 hours of a meal can increase the risk of bloat (GDV). Owners should provide their dog’s usual meal, which will be fed at the Den at the appropriate time.

Enrichment Session: £35
(Local transport, within CR2, is included)

full day sessions
days at the den sessions
Our full-day daycare options are thoughtfully designed to suit different dogs’ energy levels, routines, and personalities—so every dog enjoys a day that feels just right for them.
Day at the Den (from 8:30 am – 6 pm)
Perfect for dogs who enjoy a balance of adventure and relaxation, our Day at the Den begins with a countryside walk before returning to the Den for a calmer-paced afternoon.
Dogs are collected from 8:30 am and join us for a countryside adventure, enjoying plenty of opportunities to explore, sniff, and stretch their legs. Back at the Den, they can relax in a comfortable home environment with enrichment activities, gentle play, cuddles, companionship, and plenty of time to rest and recharge.
Dogs are then dropped home from 6:00 pm, content, relaxed, and ready for a cosy evening at home.
Extended Day at the Den (from 8:30 am – evening collection)
Designed for owners who work longer hours but are able to collect their dog on their way home, our Extended Day at the Den offers continued companionship and care beyond our standard Day at the Den service.
Dogs enjoy everything included in a Day at the Den, including their countryside walk, enrichment activities, playtime, companionship, and plenty of time to rest and relax in our comfortable home environment. Their day then continues with extended care and supervision at the Den until their owners are ready to collect them.
This option is ideal for dogs who would otherwise spend a long period home alone and benefit from additional company, comfort, and care throughout the day.
Collection is from the Den later that evening at a pre-arranged time. Please note that transport home is not included with this service.
Please note: our Extended Day at the Den is offered on a limited basis and is subject to availability. If you're interested in this option, please contact me before booking to discuss your requirements.
Puppy Social Afternoon (1:30 pm – 5:30 pm)
Perfect for puppies and young dogs who would benefit from additional socialisation, companionship, and confidence-building, our Puppy Social Afternoon provides a safe and nurturing home environment where young dogs can learn and develop at their own pace.
Taking place alongside our afternoon daycare enrichment and play sessions, puppies have the opportunity to interact with carefully selected dogs, experience everyday household activities, and develop important social skills under close supervision. The afternoon includes enrichment activities, gentle play, garden time, plenty of companionship, and opportunities to rest and relax between activities.
By balancing social interaction with downtime, puppies learn not only how to play appropriately, but also how to settle and feel comfortable in the company of other dogs.
Owners collect their puppies at 5:30 pm, with their young dog heading home happy, content, and enriched by a positive afternoon of learning and social experiences.
Meals
For safety reasons, we recommend that dogs — particularly our more active early risers— are fed after their morning walk, as exercise within 2–3 hours of a meal can increase the risk of bloat (GDV). Owners should provide their dog’s usual meal, which will be fed at the Den at the appropriate time.

*Our local transport service covers local clients living in Riddlesdown, Sanderstead, South Croydon, Selsdon, and nearby areas around these neighbourhoods (within CR2). This ensures pups spend less time in the car and more time enjoying fun activities at the Den!
For regular clients, a key-holding service is also available for added convenience.
Dining at the Den
Dogs are fed separately — either in different rooms or using barriers across open-plan spaces — ensuring each dog receives the correct portion and preventing any potential conflicts. Owners provide their dog’s meal, which is then fed at the Den at the appropriate time.
Luna enjoys a daily home-cooked breakfast, and Den Dogs a small amount of which may be incorporated into later enrichment activities. These snacks are optional and are not intended to replace your dog’s regular diet.

"I I first met Tracey around the time she adopted Luna whilst walking my dog. Since then we have walked our dogs together weekly and become great friends. Tracey’s zest and enthusiasm is a delight and I know she will do well in whatever she does. My dog adores Tracey and Luna and when he has been to her for daycare he comes back happy, clean and tired - which is all I want for my dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey ( and Luna)."

"We tried Lunas Doggy Daycare to help walk my two dogs and couldn’t be happier. Tracey is great at keeping me posted with picture updates during the walk, which I really appreciated. My dogs had a lovely time and got some great socialising in. As an added bonus, they even cleaned their paws afterwards! Reliable, thoughtful, and fantastic with dogs - highly recommend."

"Having walked with Tracey many times, I know how much she loves walking her dog Luna in all weather, so it’s no surprise she’s started her own dog-walking and daycare business. She is fantastic with dogs and treats them with genuine care and attention. My dog Libby loves going to her for daycare where she enjoys brilliant walks and playtime with Luna. Libby always comes home happy, thoroughly exercised, and impressively clean, even in the muddiest weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey."
