Our Services

To ensure a safe and suitable environment for all dogs and in line with licensing requirements all new dogs (along with one of their owners) must first take part in a complimentary Meet & Greet walk and complete the relevant paperwork before any bookings can be accepted.

Our Early & Late Riser Enrichment Sessions

Our Early Riser Enrichment Sessions are perfect for dogs who love to start their day with an energetic walk. I begin collecting our pups from 7:30 am, before the local school traffic builds up, ensuring a calm and safe start to the day.

Your dog will enjoy a 1–1.5 hour countryside walk, followed by plenty of time for enrichment, play, cuddles, strokes, and companionship before I drop them home from 1:30 pm.

Our Late Riser Enrichment Sessions (available from June 2026) are more suited to dogs who start the day at a more relaxed pace, and enjoy a long walk later in the day. I begin collecting these pups from 10 am, on my return trip from our early morning walk. On arrival at the Den, these pups will enjoy enrichment activities, cuddles and playtime, before we head out for our countryside walk early in the afternoon, after which I drop them home from 3pm.

I genuinely believe this balance of exercise, enrichment, and calm connection leaves most dogs happy, fulfilled, and ready to curl up for an afternoon snooze in the comfort of their own home.

Meals

For safety reasons, we recommend that dogs — particularly our more active early risers— are fed after their morning walk, as exercise within 2–3 hours of a meal can increase the risk of bloat (GDV). Owners should provide their dog’s usual meal, which will be fed at the Den at the appropriate time.

day at the den sessions

Our full-day daycare options are thoughtfully designed to suit different dogs’ energy levels, routines, and personalities—so every dog enjoys a day that feels just right for them.

Retreat Day (from 10 am – 6 pm)

Ideal for dogs who enjoy a gentler, slower-paced day, our Retreat Day combines calm time at the Den with a refreshing countryside adventure.

Dogs are collected from 10:00 am and spend the morning enjoying enrichment, relaxed play, cuddles, and companionship at the Den. Early afternoon, we head out for a 1–1.5 hour countryside walk, allowing dogs to explore at their own pace—sniffing, digging, zooming, or simply staying close by. On return, dogs enjoy more calm time at the Den before heading home at 6:00 pm.

Rest & Recharge Day (from 7:30 am – 6 pm)**

Dogs are collected from 7:30 am for an early countryside adventure, before returning to the Den for a mix of enrichment, play, cuddles, and rest. During the early afternoon, while I’m out on the Adventure Day countryside walk, Rest & Recharge dogs enjoy a quiet, comfortable space to relax and recharge, with a room—or rooms—entirely to themselves. On my return, they enjoy further companionship and garden time before heading home at 6pm.

**By invitation only

Adventure Day (from 7:30 am – 3 pm)

Designed for high-energy dogs who thrive on activity and mental stimulation throughout the day.

Dogs are collected from 7:30 am for a morning countryside walk, then return to the Den for a calm, structured mix of enrichment, play, cuddles, and rest. Early afternoon, we head out for a second 1–1.5 hour countryside walk. Dogs are  dropped home from 3 pm, content and ready for a nap in the comfort of their own home.

Extended Adventure Day (from 7:30 am – 6 pm)

For dogs who would benefit from continued companionship and are not suited to being left home alone after an active day, an extended Adventure Day may be available until 6:00 pm.

This allows for a calm, supervised wind-down period at the Den following their afternoon walk, ensuring they remain settled, relaxed, and supported throughout the day.

All activities are carefully chosen to reflect natural canine behaviours and instincts, allowing dogs to decompress both physically and mentally, so they head home happy, balanced, and ready for a restful evening.

Please note: Our Rest & Recharge Days are subject to your dog’s suitability, assessed during Den-time following a meet-and-greet, to ensure the day is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to your dog’s needs.

Dining at the Den

Dogs are fed separately — either in different rooms or using barriers across open-plan spaces — ensuring each dog receives the correct portion and preventing any potential conflicts. Owners provide their dog’s meal, which is then fed at the Den at the appropriate time.

Luna enjoys a daily home-cooked breakfast, and Den Dogs — along with their owners — have the opportunity to sample a portion of her breakfast. With prior agreement, a small amount may be incorporated into later enrichment activities. These snacks are optional and are not intended to replace your dog’s regular diet.

I have a keen interest in canine health and nutrition and have completed the IMDT Canine Nutrition course, continually building my knowledge through trusted recipes and expert resources.

coming soon....

available From June 2026...

As Luna’s Doggie Den grows, I’ll be introducing some new options from June 2026, including Late Riser Enrichment Sessions, our Day at the Den Sessions and Over-night Boarding.

I’d love your help shaping how our week looks. If you’re interested in regular daycare, please get in touch and let me know what would suit your dog best. Depending on demand, I’m considering running days such as:

Early Riser Enrichment Sessions & Retreat Day at the Den – a calm day focused on enrichment, rest and gentle activities.
Early Riser and Late Riser Enrichment Sessions & Adventure Day at the Den – a more active day with countryside walks, play and stimulation.

Your feedback will help me organise the weekly schedule around what local dogs (and their owners!) would enjoy most.

"I I first met Tracey around the time she adopted Luna whilst walking my dog. Since then we have walked our dogs together weekly and become great friends. Tracey’s zest and enthusiasm is a delight and I know she will do well in whatever she does. My dog adores Tracey and Luna and when he has been to her for daycare he comes back happy, clean and tired - which is all I want for my dog. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey ( and Luna)."

Barbara

"We tried Lunas Doggy Daycare to help walk my two dogs and couldn’t be happier. Tracey is great at keeping me posted with picture updates during the walk, which I really appreciated. My dogs had a lovely time and got some great socialising in. As an added bonus, they even cleaned their paws afterwards! Reliable, thoughtful, and fantastic with dogs - highly recommend."

Gemma

"Having walked with Tracey many times, I know how much she loves walking her dog Luna in all weather, so it’s no surprise she’s started her own dog-walking and daycare business. She is fantastic with dogs and treats them with genuine care and attention. My dog Libby loves going to her for daycare where she enjoys brilliant walks and playtime with Luna. Libby always comes home happy, thoroughly exercised, and impressively clean, even in the muddiest weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey."
